Heylen Group was founded in 2000 by a born entrepreneur. Thanks to a clear vision and the right people, Heylen Group has grown into a holding company consisting of more than 35 companies, which are active in 15 different sectors and approximately 2,800 employees. Today, Heylen Group is active in several European countries and a wide range of industries including consumer products, staffing, food, minting, fintech, business & events and logistics real estate.

We invest in companies with an autonomous management team that have a strong market position and solid busines model and help them to accelerate their growth ambitions by providing support on a strategic level with new insights and knowledge.
We start from financially stable companies and require a minimum EBITDA level of EUR 3m in order to build strong business clusters through a buy-and-build strategy to solidify our international market positions.
