Rieme & Deinze, February 2026 – BMS, the 3PL company of the Heylen Group, proudly announces the acquisition of Easy Repair, a specialist with over 40 years of experience in consumer electronics repair. This move allows BMS to expand its service offering and strengthen its focus on sustainable, circular supply chain solutions. Easy Repair is a trusted partner of brands such as Sony, Harman Kardon, Panasonic, Denon, and Marantz, and is renowned for its high-quality repairs, technical expertise, and customer-focused service.
The acquisition aligns with growing demand for repairability, stricter European regulations such as the Right to Repair framework, and increased attention to sustainability. By integrating Easy Repair into its existing storage, distribution, and returns handling services, BMS can now also offer repair services and product life extension.
Pieter Janssens, CEO of BMS, explains: “With this acquisition, we are taking an important step toward making our customers’ supply chains more sustainable. We can now support them not only in the sale and distribution of products but also when those products return.”
Founder Luc Dhondt remains actively involved with Easy Repair: “Easy Repair has always been built on craftsmanship, trust, and long-term relationships. At BMS, I have found a partner who shares these values while also having the vision and resources to grow the company further.”
Through this acquisition, BMS strengthens its position as a leader in circular logistics within the Benelux. By combining logistics, returns management, and repairs intelligently, the company helps its clients not only comply with regulations but also achieve their sustainability goals. Financial details of the acquisition remain confidential.
BMS was established in 2021 as a spin-off of Connect+, the omnichannel retail platform known for brands such as Lanckriet. The company builds on many years of experience in logistics and distribution. BMS is part of the Heylen Group, which acquires, develops, and retains companies with a focus on innovation, internationalization, and operational optimization.
